“It's a hit and miss. Ordered few times and most items are decent quality but sizing is off. I ordered all items in Large, but some pants fit like M and some like 2XL or 3XL. What is correct, fits nicely and quality is decent. I tried to exchange and return items but no one replies on your emails. Also, after getting order confirmation , noticed wrong sized item that you can't even place the order for, but there it was and i sent the email to the company to fix it, but again, no reply. Shipping is fast. Wish the customer service would co-operate . My advice is buy only on sales in case you get wrong items and you are not able to exchange or return.”
“I've accidentally sent the wrong parcel back to this company, instead of a £17 dress, I've accidentally send a £170 designer handbag. I send this via their Inpost option and managed to track the delivery all the way to their warehouse - I've also been in contact with inpost, who confirmed the delivery location of this order. (I have saved all of this information/screengrabs for proof). I got in contact with Boohoo, who customer service team have been rude and unprofessional, this has been going on for FIVE months now. Not once have they reached out to me in this time. As my return was sent back using the boohoo return barcode - which the company provided me with - its very suspicious that my order not been located. I can only assume a member of their team has stolen this item and not scanned it through as a result. As a legit UK company, they are accountable for locating my return order and had this been done, my item would have been returned. Ive also asked for a full report of this incident as I don't believe it was handled in a professional or respectable manor and repeatedly they have denied me this information - luckily, Ive kept a record of the majority of my interactions with this untrustworthy company.
I was also told by a member of their team directly, that the don't log individual returns... how can they be legally filling in taxes, if they dont know whats coming and going. Something very off with this company, I suspect the tax man will be after them in a year or so.”
“Ordered two items. One was my usual size and too small. And the other they sent the wrong size and was too large.
Returns process is incredibly difficult, my email did not generate a verification code to even start the refund process. I was told to wait 24 hours and it still didn’t come through. I used the text messaging service and was told to use a different email and wait 24 hours. Still nothing. Eventually I was given a QR code for returning via inpost. As returns process was such an effort and sizing was completely off I won’t be purchasing from boohoo again.”
“This place has zero customer service. Good luck ever getting in contact with anyone. They didn't fully refund my return and I had no way of contacting anyone because they took down all of their contact information. After going through several links of what I thought would lead me to something useful, it asked for me to put in my order number (which I copied and pasted from my order email) and it said it was incorrect. Yet it was able to find it when talking with the chatbot. Sketchy company. Never buying from again.”

After much back and forth and having to get my bank involved after 4 months I finally got my money back - not including shipping which I had to pay for their mistake items to be delivered to me.

You agreed to send it a second time, but you did not allow me to change the address, and once again, even though I did not give instructions via royal mail, the package was left at my door a second time and stolen again.
