I returned my items 4 weeks ago still no refund if I had known they were like this for returning my items I wouldn't have bought from them, I wish I looked on here first before ordering

Posted item for return, 7/5/25 it’s now 25/5/25 and still waiting on my refund. I will not order from them again.

Absolutely disgusting no refund still after 4wks was told 2wks ago it would be back in my bank with in 4days. Constantly told it’s getting processed and to be patient!! They have no communication with customers when you do speak to some one all they say is it’s being processed then they ignore you again will never order from them again after all of these years

Returned my order to boohoo promptly. I was emailed after three weeks to say they had received the return and that my refund will show up in my account in four days. It has been two weeks. This company is a SCAM.

Returned item over 3 weeks ago and refund still not received. Contact them and all they say is "your refund is being processed". Terrible company to deal with.

I have shopped online with boohoo for years but recently they have been an absolute disgrace. Over the last year boohoo have gone down hill. The quality and sizing of the clothes are shocking. I returned my order 1 month ago and still haven’t received my refund. I have been chasing them since the date I was due to get my refund and they keep telling me I should get it by the end of the day as it was processed well over 5 days ago. Then they tell me I have to wait another 5 days. I will never shop with boohoo again.

Ordered item on 31 January with delivery (as stated on website 4 working days). Item despatched on 2 February so should have received my item on 7 February. Contacted yourselves via WhatsApp and told it was still on its way! I had to wait until 14 February before you would offer a refund. Contacted you again and told I had to wait until 16 February! This is extremely unreasonable. I entered into a contract with you on 31 January on the basis that your delivery is ‘within 4 working days.’ I required the item for a specific date. That date has now passed. Your ‘customer service’ is abhorrent. Due to your breach of contract and complete lack of customer service skills, as you have formally been advised, I have issued proceedings at my local county court to recover my monies from you, plus costs and now compensation. Had you have applied some common sense you would have avoided all of this. However, you can now explain to the court your poor customer service and breach of contract 😉

My package was delivered with an item missing there were two loose shoes in there and an empty bag. Boohoo claimed they have checked cctv and they saw the packer place two items in there they did two separate shoes!!! But not the top.?I won’t ever order from this company again absolute disgrace.

I ordered from boohoo.com 12/26/24 today is 01/17/2025 I still have not received my order. There stuff looks really cute online, but if you need it for something, I suggest you not order from them, this madness.

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Boohoo are now in the process of thinking that refunding only part of returned items is acceptable. Customer service is non existent it's just BOTs. I sent back a large cream puffer coat and Tracksuit in the same parcel and have only received refund for the Tracksuit. They claim only one item was sent back. To actually get to the Tracksuit they would have actually needed to uncurl the coat as it was wrapped inside. They say they will check cctv so I've asked for a copy of it but doubt they will. The cctv in the shop I used will show the size and weight of the parcel. But why should I be spending my time and effort to chase a refund. I'll be logging a complaint and charge back if I don't get my refund. No wonder this company is going under...a bunch of scammers and thieves. I'll never use them again...you only have to look online to see this is happening time and time again and it's not acceptable. I'll be reporting them to trading standards and I hope everyone who has had similar experiences does the same. Just disgusting.

They charge you a fortune to deliver and then when you think returns are free they deduct the cost from your refund payment. In total costing you an extra £7 of non refundable money on the item you bought and refunded. Won't buy from them again. Daylight robbery

Ordered 8 items, a bag came with one item in thhat was ripped, invpice saud 2 items. The other 6 all cancelled. Emailed them a few times to say a dress had not arrived, completely ignored and no refund. Their returns process is designed for you to give up, its so hard. Last time i buy from them

Bad quality material, terrible sizing, no reviews on products so you're unable to see from other people that the material is terrible, and they charge you to return items! Horrible company.

UK1106892853. I ordered a top and shorts and had a 20% off coupon. When the package arrived I had 2 shorts no top. Contacted Boohoo, return label issued, had Boohoo premier free return no problem apart from the fact I had to re-order the top at full price. That's how it goes sometimes. But then when I received the refund, it was for the shorts and not the top which was more expensive. Now telling me they need to review cctv. View cctv for what, to see i did return shorts. Well I'm reviewing my bank account and it says Boohoo shorted my money on a refund. I guess this why you can't speak to anyone because its easy to con people out of their money when they don't have direct contact. Whether I eventually get the correct refund or not. I'm done with Boohoo.

Would have given this company-1. Having a huge ongoing battle to try to get a refund. Have requested CEO contact details several times. Unable to contact anyone by phone. I have provided screen shots of tracked return receipt. My e mails have been answered by 6 different people whom I believe are outside the UK. I would avoid this company who, include Debenhams, at all cost. I will now have to issue a claim through the Small Claims Court.

Boohoo is worst when it comes to returns....ordered small trousers (my normal size is small) but when they arrived they were too small for me. unfortunately they do not offer exchange which means I had to return and pay £1.99 return fee. also I couldn't re order as the same trouser price had gone up (I bought on promotional price) which means just to get different size I had to pay 14 quid more....shocking......online retailers need to bloody think about the customers too...since there is no try room involved they should bear the return costs or offer exchange of size. never buying from boohoo again no matter what...

Order No Uk11064212904 I ordered a pair of boots from Boohoo today and decided to pay 12 months free delivery The fact is that the only reason I paid for the 12 months free delivery was because I was ordering the boots and I did not want or need it for any other reason. A few hours later they cancelled the boots and reimbursed me for the cost of them, But they refuse to cancel or refund me the cost of the 12 months free delivery. (Which I have not and will not use) I feel that this is a breech of my Statuory rights and they have conned me into buying something I don’t want. The fault lies entirely with them as if their system had shown that the boots were out of stock, I would not have purchased the 12 months free postage. Me thinks that my next step will be to contact Trading Standards Shame on you Boohoo
