“I tend to love Boohoo clothes. I'm plus size and in proper shops I'm a 16 to 18 but boohoo I have to order a 20. Sometimes the quality is naff so I just return and always get refunded pretty much right away. I've bought some stunning dresses over the years which look really expensive on but cost less than £20. It's always my goto retailer!”

“I ordered 5 dresses - all size 10. I am 5 foot 5 and weight 8 stone. None of the dresses fitted me and I am not overweight. I am usually a size 8 in clothes but I head read online that Boohoo can run small so I ordered the size 10 to be on the safe side. Quality is terrible, material was thin, flimsy zips. Have to return the whole order now. Not happy. Avoid. Products depicted are not the same in reality. The sizing is all over the place.”

I won't order again as when you are buying online you don't see the flaws, the material they use is almost see through in some instances and for them to them charge to return for that reason seems unreasonable. Shame. Not in this day in age. I'll stick to asos and iconic they are loads loads better quality and they let you return free of charge.”

So logged on through f.b took 3 attempts to.order, it gets to putting the card details in then I bottle it anxiety kicks in 😕, desperate to get some clothes for my holiday I finally do it and my orders placed, few hours later after speaking with my daughter she says I can track my items so I go to log on and I carnt, won't let me use my password and had problems saying my email wasn't connected , payment gone from bank so I became stressed worried and feeling like I wish I hadn't bothered, anyway my daughter showed me that I could contact boohoo through WhatsApp, and they were brill, answered promptly and helped sort it, thanks boohoo my faith in online shopping is restoring 😉👍 all my clothes arrived when said,, clothes a little on small side and 3 items didn't fit, but my daughter benefited from that, all were nice for money I paid, will definitely order again ❤”

“Very, very cheap material. Ordered a pair of sports leggings and joggers, both were nearly completely see-through with absolutely no stretch at all. The material was like a cheap cotton and it feels and looks as though the clothes were very cheaply made. Would not embarrass myself by wearing in public. The sizes are also very poor. I'm normally a 14 in tshirts, yet the app suggested I order 18 from my measurements. Ordered 2 size 18 tshirts and both of them were far too small - looked more like a 12. Went a size up for a pair of shoes as well and it seems like I've been sent a pair of children's shoes as they're absolutely tiny in width and length. No option for item reviews on the website which should have been a red flag that they don't want new buyers to know how awful their cheap produce is. A lot of the items I bought have unmarked labels on the clothes as well, with no brand name or anything just washing instructions. It's like they've bought their items wholesale from an incredibly cheap market supplier. DO NOT BUY FROM BOOHOO!!!”
“I ordered some high waist jeans as well as other items which I love. However, i dont see myself as vertically challenged in the slightest being 5'2", but the jeans i purchased literally go from my ankles to my shoulders (photo for evidence attached)
I was just wondering if these jeans were maybe designed for stilt walkers and this was somehow missed from the description. I am very intregued to see if these jeans have even fit such a person.

I received a dress with a bad zip. Lady named Chloe from customer services. Sorted the situation in hours. Replied ASAP, emailed back ASAP, sorted out situation ASAP and was overall great!
