“Terrible sizes.
I ordered a plus size 28 t-shirt and it fits my size 12 niece. Also I ordered knitted shorts and jumper set plus size 26. Couldn't even get the shorts last my knees. And they make it so difficult to send things back as you need a printer or need to travel by bus to the nearest asda. Terrible company. I will not order again and will not recommend anyone too.”
“This is by far the worst online clothes shop. I got some clothes from here before and they was all cheap and tacky. When I orderd again I thought I'd try again. Well.... i got two jumpsuits both extremely tight and see through! Really see through! Made so cheaply it's shocking. I got 2 of the same pair of trousers but in different colours, both in size 10 yet one simply doesn't fit? How does that even happen? I will not be going here again. Cheap and nasty.”
“I am 6ft tall and I ordered 3 pairs of Jeans all listed as Tall skinny jeans 35" leg, just 3 different colours. All 3 pairs arrived and not one of them measures more than 28" leg, way too short and am now having to return them all. They advertise the range as 5ft7" and taller, but they would barely be long enough for my 5ft6" friends. So annoyed.”

The package have arrived. But nobody have told me, and then the package gets back to them.
I ask to them to send me the itens again instead of refund me.
What have they done?
For don't pay the delivery, he didn't send me the package, and NEITHER have refunded me the money. And when I talk to them, they have abandoned me, 15 days waiting them to contact me and nothing (they aren't even thinking on contact me again). And then, they doesn't want to give me the delivery costs...
It's in the law they HAVE to refund me ALL the money.
But ok. I was waiting the refund. Again. And nothing.
I'm going to the police.

“Used the virtual size guide& exaggerated my size, it came up with 18, which is my usual size, but ordered a 20 anyway. It was an elasticated skirt. When it arrived, I couldn't get it past my knees! The waist measured 11" smaller than the UK average size! They're refusing to answer me as to why it's so small....shocking company!”
“I tend to love Boohoo clothes. I'm plus size and in proper shops I'm a 16 to 18 but boohoo I have to order a 20. Sometimes the quality is naff so I just return and always get refunded pretty much right away. I've bought some stunning dresses over the years which look really expensive on but cost less than £20. It's always my goto retailer!”

“I ordered 5 dresses - all size 10. I am 5 foot 5 and weight 8 stone. None of the dresses fitted me and I am not overweight. I am usually a size 8 in clothes but I head read online that Boohoo can run small so I ordered the size 10 to be on the safe side. Quality is terrible, material was thin, flimsy zips. Have to return the whole order now. Not happy. Avoid. Products depicted are not the same in reality. The sizing is all over the place.”
“Rubbish quality.. sizing all over the place... wanted to charge me for returning the poor quality products as they don't seem that as faulty. I won't order again as when you are buying online you don't see the flaws, the material they use is almost see through in some instances and for them to them charge to return for that reason seems unreasonable. Shame. Not in this day in age. I'll stick to asos and iconic they are loads loads better quality and they let you return free of charge.”

“With current situation, I decided to buy clothes on line, realy hate doing this as I like to try things on, and didn't want hassle of sending things back if they weren't right. So logged on through f.b took 3 attempts to.order, it gets to putting the card details in then I bottle it anxiety kicks in 😕, desperate to get some clothes for my holiday I finally do it and my orders placed, few hours later after speaking with my daughter she says I can track my items so I go to log on and I carnt, won't let me use my password and had problems saying my email wasn't connected , payment gone from bank so I became stressed worried and feeling like I wish I hadn't bothered, anyway my daughter showed me that I could contact boohoo through WhatsApp, and they were brill, answered promptly and helped sort it, thanks boohoo my faith in online shopping is restoring 😉👍 all my clothes arrived when said,, clothes a little on small side and 3 items didn't fit, but my daughter benefited from that, all were nice for money I paid, will definitely order again ❤”
