Order No Uk11064212904 I ordered a pair of boots from Boohoo today and decided to pay 12 months free delivery The fact is that the only reason I paid for the 12 months free delivery was because I was ordering the boots and I did not want or need it for any other reason.

I've asked for proof of the cctv but no, Inpost wont accept a claim unless its by the company who paid/arranged the delivery, Have asked Boohoo to do a claim and still awaiting a reply but doesn't answer how the tracking shows Boohoo received it and they are taking no responsibility for receiving it.

The mean features were Free Next Day Delivery and more importantly for me Free Returns (as ordering clothes online is always hit and miss).

My first package never arrived, the status said delivered. When it didn’t turn up I contacted Boohoo and they sent a replica order. “Everi” this status also said delivered, ring doorbell said different! After contacting them for the delivery tracking number Boohoo said they couldn’t supply one. They agreed to a partial refund 9 weeks and 4 emails ago! Still waiting!!!!!

I send this via their Inpost option and managed to track the delivery all the way to their warehouse - I've also been in contact with inpost, who confirmed the delivery location of this order.

shocking company, sent me the incorrect item, they want me to return said item but won't get it collected they want me a full time working single mum to drag my 3 & 4 year old children on a hour round trip walking at 6 o'clock at night in the cold and rain to send the incorrect item back to be able to get my correct item ALL BECAUSE THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM, what they have sent me is worth £7.50!!!!!!! i have explain the circumstances to them and requested it got collected. nope they won't do it. speaks volumes of the type of company Boohoo is, they are willing to make me and my children do that through their error!!!! absolute disgrace. i will never shop at this low customer value company again. they havnt cared in the slightest then act like their doing me a favour by saying once i returned the incorrect item send proof of returning and they will send the correct item on a next day delivery when i paid next day for the original order and it should have been in that parcel!!!! never again Boohoo!!!

I placed an order on Monday 26th June on their Guest checkout to be delivered next day delivery via Click and collect.

Why they use this rubbish deliverly company called ermis i just dont know surly they can see the number of complaints from customers when people order next day delivery then thats what they want Not days later when its to late surly such a well none Boohoo company as you are is it not important that customer keeps ordering Boohoo please end the contract with This company
