Ordered 8 items, a bag came with one item in thhat was ripped, invpice saud 2 items. The other 6 all cancelled. Emailed them a few times to say a dress had not arrived, completely ignored and no refund. Their returns process is designed for you to give up, its so hard. Last time i buy from them

But then when I received the refund, it was for the shorts and not the top which was more expensive.

A few hours later they cancelled the boots and reimbursed me for the cost of them, But they refuse to cancel or refund me the cost of the 12 months free delivery.

They confirmed receipt of 2 and refunded these only!! I have challenged them and they are now reviewing CCTV footage (because I have nothing better to do than lie).

Only sent me 2 out of 3 items I ordered. Won’t send me the missing item or refund it. Basically saying I’ve received it , so calling me a thief and a liar. Which I am neither. Very poor customer service. Be very aware, scammers. Lots of other people over TikTok etc reporting the same issue.

My first package never arrived, the status said delivered. When it didn’t turn up I contacted Boohoo and they sent a replica order. “Everi” this status also said delivered, ring doorbell said different! After contacting them for the delivery tracking number Boohoo said they couldn’t supply one. They agreed to a partial refund 9 weeks and 4 emails ago! Still waiting!!!!!

2 items in basket, sent me email reminding me they were in my basket so I ordered them. They didn't send confirmation or desperate emails. Items arrived but didn't fit. When trying to return I couldn't due to having no order number as they sent no confirmation email. Emailed them explaining and asking for help they emailed me back saying the reason was due to me not inputting my email address correctly which was obviously untrue due to them sending me an email to remind me I had the said items in my basket and the fact their website won't let you go any further if you enter your email address incorrectly. At this point I knew they were using delay tactics so I wouldn't be able to send back with in the 28 day time limit! But they sent me an order number which was the same as the customer number on the royal mail label on front of package that I'd already tried before contacting them but I tried again and surprise it didn't work! So I contacted them again explaining. They then asked me to try clearing my cookie, use different browser( Firefox, internet explorer,chrom), use different device( a non IOS device), try our website. I'd already tried all the above first time round so new it wouldn't work! After this and now reading the reviews I know they are wasting my time and from the start they had no intention of letting me return the items! I'm going to carry on trying but I don't hold any hope and if I do eventually manage to return items I don't hold any hope of getting a refund according to the reviews I've now read!! Sooooo please if you are reading these reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM Boohoo unless you know you won't be returning anything you are ordering! Because even if you are able to return your order there is no guarantee you will get a refund which I've learnt after reading reviews! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering! I'm absolutely frustrated and discussed with Boohoo!! How have they been getting away with this for so long! Everything about Boohoo practice's are fraudulent plain and simple!!

Because of this, they charged me the delivery fee! I was refused a refund because it had been sent, yet in the same sentence they said it was returned due to me address given by me.

Avoid Boohoo at all cost, If I can give less than one star I would, the item I order looks great on their Websit, hell disappointed with quality, refund is nightmare they make it difficult to process, I gave up now, they will eat my money. These is the first time I use Boohoo for my regret.
