“Rubbish ! I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and both of them came damaged , ripped . I wanted to return it and get refund but the order number which they send me by email does t exist when I am trying to go through the process ! Wasted money for nothing !!!”

“After placing an order online using a discount code provided i ordered a cost in size L ( im am a uk 12-14) the size guide advises the coat is size 14-16, i received the coat on friday and it doesnt fit at all,far too small.my friend also received the same cost the same day in a M advised as 10-12 this fits perfectly,
i contacted Boohoo to advise and ask if i could exchange the coast as the offer for 30% off had now expired i was advised i couldn't and would have to return the coat and pay full price for the next size up, i found the staff to be very vacant and rude, i received one reply to my complaint at 4 am via facebook messaging, the fact the sizes are incorrect means their customers are now out of pocket, I regularly order form Boohoo minimum 2 orders a month for myself and children and have never had an issue, i also have the boohoo premier on the account,
i have found the customer service to be shocking and no help whatsoever, i find it appalling that they haven't even apologised or taken in to account how wrong their sizing is,
another cost arrived the next day, where the sleeves have been sewn shut and upon contacting them again advised it would need to be returned and any discount wouldnt apply on a new order?!?!

“Sometimes I am surprised by a few things that are good quality from boohoo, however, the majority of the time the quality of their products are very, very poor. Their clothes are normally see through or just made appallingly. For example I bought the 'Annie oversized vintage jumper' and it cost 20 pounds, which is a complete joke for the quality of it. The material is very itchy, the shape is nothing like the way it is shown on the model (if anything it has absolutely no shape whatsoever), the neckline is way to wide for the jumper which makes It therefore sit weirdly on your shoulders. To be honest, I could have knit a jumper better myself and I have no knitting experience which speaks for itself!

“Firstly in the same order I was sent a faulty product and then another product 3 sizes too large! Their returns process seems straight-forward but please take this as a warning... It is not!! They refunded me for one less item than they should have and I have been going round and round in circles for over 2 weeks trying to get this resolved and am still getting nowhere! I usually either get no response whatsoever or some sort of useless generic response... And then occasionally! I get someone that looks like they may actually be able to help me only to then have someone else reply to my next email and just destroy all the progress I seem to have made! The fact that they do not provide a customer services phone number as well is very suspect...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

After persistent contacting and going through several different people having to retell the situation more times than I can remember I finally got my refund!! But my view of the company is unchanged, they are a joke and I will NEVER shop here again!”
