this place sucks. takes for ever to get your clothing and their tracking websote freezes way too often. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME

I order $350 worth of clothes for my son for the fall/winter season. After receiving my packages I noticed I was missing 6 extra pieces totaling up to little over $150. I wrote them and provided evidence in which I didn’t receive all my items that I ordered. I received a message stating that they were shipped and I could not get a refund or the items sent back to me. After writing them to get further details on the review that was done, I have been ghosted. They have not replied back to my text or emails I have sent about my items. Boohoo this is unacceptable! I would like my money back or my 6 items I am missing

The quality has always been okay. But the last two orders have just left me not wanting to buy from BoohooMAN again. I ordered two pairs of jeans. Both the exact same size, as you would. One was slightly too big. The other was probably 4" too big. I returned at my expense. Reordered at a size smaller on each. But again, both the exact same size. One lifts perfectly. The other still doesn't fit by a considerable amount. I don't understand how the exact same pair of jeans (Bar colour) can be so different. So am returning them, again at my expense. It seems silly to have the exact same item twice over, but one differ so much. It's always the blue pair fits and black doesn't. The belt was also slap bang in the middle of what size I needed and was way too small too. So the take away from it all is, their sizing guide doesn't mean anything and you could end up spending a decent amount in just returning it. Not happy at all.

Absolutely a joke , I ordered 4 items for the first time and one item didn’t include in the package at all which $11.50 t shirt. There’s no way lying over cheap t shirt. I showed them proof, picture and the package.All they said was cannot refund or offer another item . I’m angry that I didn’t get the item I paid for it and saying that I’m making a lie.Absolutely a joke

I ordered a bracelet and it was a horrible experience. The bracelet easily broke while trying to put it on. Since the bracelet is super cheap, it broke with no effort.

They forgot an item in my package, asked me for proof (how can I prove that I'm missing an item?). Did not offer any refund or replacement.

If you want to buy stylish clothes that DON'T FIT this is for you. These clothes are irregular and don't fit the true big man. If they got their sizing right there would be no issue,But in no way shape or form should I be buying all these clothes to arrive and not be able to wear them. Truly a waste of money!I gave them 2 chances even went up on each size due to their not being many big man clothing sites yet to be disappointed again.

Order never arrived and I was then told it was returned - by who I don’t know. Customer service is only through text and email. I will say that they did respond by text and did credit our account.

Ok so I bought quite a few clothes in a large (btw I’m 6,2 ) so I decided to go a large in most of the clothes and found that the jumpers were a good fit but the pants were way to baggy maybe I should’ve stuck with a medium but yeah and also I bought a black shirt with the red writing not that much but yeah the stitching was like if it was inside out if you know but other than that everything else was great honestly!

I have ordered from them multiples times with no issues. I recently ordered multiple outfits for my son and I only received 3 of my items. My package came ripped and taped up and two items missing I waited a week to see if maybe the other two we’re coming separately. They did not. I contacted customer service and they are refusing to help me cause there “automatic” scanner said it was in the package. I have picture prof that I didn’t not receive my items and they don’t care! They will not be getting my business any further!

Items were low quality ..sizes were to short....sent wrong items and won't give money back been over a month now...looks great on models but receive it and it's like goodwill clothing looks out dated

I wouldn't even give them one star. I DID NOT RECEIVE 3 tops and 2 pair of shorts. I contacted them, they weren't interested they said they had watched footage and it was packed their responses are very cold and not helpful at all. They haven't contacted me since my last email on 7th September as I asked to take this further I don't see why I should lose out when they have made the mistake. This is not good customer service and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying from boohoo man you won't get any help if items are missing they will just brush you off. Boohoo Man you should be ashamed you have stolen money from me and not sent me the items of cloths!

when i saw there was offers in the site i started ordering some cloths and after paying for them i then remembered to see the reviews which where mostly negative. then i thought i will have come complications with the delivery or there will be low quality cloths delivered but when i got the shipment delivered on time the cloths where on par with branded cloths and saw no damage. so I have ordered another set of cloths on their site lets see if the problems that are mentioned in other reviews occur. I like there cloths collection and prices.

Orders placed and paid through online portal failed, twice. Contacted their customer support, who returned my replies from a different person each time. Ended up interacting with 9 different people, each with a different reply as well and no coordination between them. Having to re-explain the issue each time. It's been a week and I'm still no closer to getting my money back or the order.

Store refuses to request a pickup for shipment delivered late and no longer able to be received by me. Ups instructions are very clear that the seller is to request shipping to pick up so that item can be returned to sender and charges refunded to me. Store refused so I have been fighting for weeks for a refund to issued to me. They even went as far as to tell me ups doesn’t pick up packages…. Seriously?
