I ordered my son an outfit on there on 8/1. It says it hit U.S. customs on 8/12 and has been held there ever since. When I hit up customer service I was told to wait until 9/5 and if I don't receive it by then to contact them again. What a joke these people are!! Will never order again, I don't care if my son likes anything on there, he won't wait over a month to get it!!

Extremely Disappointed - Wrong Items Sent and No Refund! I am beyond frustrated with BoohooMAN and their shocking customer service. As a social media influencer with a significant following, I often rely on online retailers for my fashion needs, and I was excited to share my latest haul with my audience. Unfortunately, BoohooMAN has made this an experience I would never want to promote. I ordered several items from their website, eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new clothes. However, when the package finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had sent me the wrong items. None of the items I received were what I ordered—they were completely different in size, style, and color. I understand that mistakes happen, but what has truly shocked me is how BoohooMAN has handled—or failed to handle—this situation. I immediately reached out to their customer service team, explaining the issue and requesting a refund for the incorrect items. What followed has been an absolute nightmare of back-and-forth emails and chats with multiple customer service representatives, all of whom have been unhelpful and dismissive. Despite pleading my case multiple times, BoohooMAN has refused to issue a refund. They’ve asked for photos and details repeatedly, which I provided promptly, yet nothing has been resolved. It feels like they’re hoping I’ll just give up and accept the loss. As someone who influences purchasing decisions for a large audience, I’m appalled at how poorly BoohooMAN treats its customers. If this is how they handle a straightforward issue, I shudder to think how they handle more complex ones. I’ve wasted so much time and energy trying to resolve this issue, and it’s clear that BoohooMAN doesn’t care about their customers once they have your money. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never be shopping with BoohooMAN again. I strongly advise others—especially my followers and fellow influencers—to think twice before ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect them to take responsibility or provide any reasonable customer service. I am deeply disappointed by BoohooMAN’s complete lack of accountability and customer care. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

The customer service is very very poor. I returned 4 items and only received a refund for 1 item. Despite providing them with tracking references and post office proof they received the items. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this company!!! It’s a real scam

On 7.26.24 i placed a $100 order due to have a wedding to attend on 8.3.24. The main item in the order were a pair of dress pants due to the fact they fit the occasion. I paid for express shipping to ensure on time delivery. Delivery was set for 8.1.24 but arrived 7.31.24. Opening the package 3/4 items were in the bag. This is my 10th order placed and i have never experienced this issue before. I research and it says the items could come separately so i wait until the actual scheduled delivery date. After 45mins of trying to figure out how to contact someone i get on Facebook and inbox boohooman directly. I representative responded quickly and let me know that they can run back the cctv to see if it was packaged in the order. It is now the day of the wedding and at 7:01am the email me saying they watched the cameras and the pants were sent. I am now left to go find something to wear and out of my hard earned money in the difficult economy we live in. As a company, seeing your loyal customers history with you you’d think they’d be more compromising to their customers. I didn’t want any money off or back i really would have just preferred the item i paid for when i expected to have it. If you continue to order from them please take a video of yourself opening your package so they do make you out to be delusional or a liar.

It’s always the same thing with them. I ordered an outfit with them a few years ago paid for express shipping (within three days) and didn’t get my clothes for about a week, so I stopped using it. I saw a fit that I liked recently and purchased it 7/17/24 in hopes that within the years the would’ve changed how they handled things , but nothing has changed . They told me in customer service I wouldn’t even get my package until 7/22 and I just got an update it wouldn’t come until 7/24. It’s a joke at this point why even post 3 day shipping when it’s never 3 days.

The worst company; I was misled by a banner on their website that reads "AS OF 5TH JULY 2022, WE WILL CHARGE £1.99 FOR RETURNS. RETURNS ARE FREE FOR PREMIER CUSTOMERS." so I bought premier explicitly for the free returns. Whilst trying to do my return I then was told that the message was incorrect, and that they had removed free returns from premier. When asking then for a refund for the premier I had purchased, they refused. Even though it was their own website that advertised it?! The people I dealt with during customer service were frankly extremely unhelpful. I will never buy from Boohooman again unless this is rectified.

This website is a scam they gave me a fake tracking number with no contact information to the courier company shipping updates only seemed to happen within an hour of complaining it hasn’t moved in over a week then was “out for delivery” for over a week and then marked as delivered I never received anything and no neighbours had it either I have atleast been given a refund

Premier customer and they charged me a return fee even though website and virtual assistant advised no fee for premier customers. Contacted them and apparently an email will be sent to premier customers advising this but surely they can't change their terms and conditions and charge a return fee before they advise existing customers. Boohoo man advise nothing they are willing to do to refund this. It's not a lot of money just the principle of it

First and last time shopping this company!! Terrible customer service, rude live agents. Paid $30 for shorts with shipping and taxes tried to do a refund and was given an $11 refund! Ha, shipping is non refundable and that charge $7 for returns!!

I was pumped to order a very cool 2-tone, multi patchwork shirt. What I got instead was a black flannel. In order to get a refund, I have to pay $6.99 to ship this incorrect item back. What a scam.

I ordered two items. One was ok, and the other one wasn't what I ordered. My mistake was not looking for reviews before buying. I won't return it as most reviews show that returning is like gambling, but the items are something I would never wear so I am down 35$, but I guess it's not worth the struggle. Very disappointing.

I bought things from boohoo a lot of times, mostly without any issues. Last order (MUK118068749) I got a number of vests (4) and several sunglasses (3). I've never received one pair of glasses, contacted them, was informed an investigation would be launched. Spent almost a month without any feedback, when I reached out again it seemed like they had forgot about it and said they were going to see the CCTV of the packaging to see if the glasses were packed. They said they have been packed and refused to refund me or send me the item.The reality is that I HAVE PAID for the glasses and didn't received them. The glasses were just £3.60, I'm only writing this because of the principle. If they did it with the glasses they could've done it with something more expensive. BOOHOO MAN you just lost forever a client for £3.60. it's really a shame

What i like about the clothing is that they are different, and stand out. Reasonably priced, and for me personally i never had a missed delivery or bad customer service. I believe people do not give credit where credit is due, they concentrate more on the bad and forget the good. Quick to complain when one thing goes wrong, and shy away from giving compliments where due. One thing i would suggest is that shoe sizes be looked into, by that i mean a size 12 is no way near a size 12, and the consideration that not all people's feet a narrow and slim, i am starting to think the sizes only cater for a certain race of people. I would recommend stocking up to size 13, with the instep a bit wider.

I ordered some clothes for my son from there and it took about a month to get the package. When I received the package it had been ripped and there was tape on it and two items were missing. I contacted support and told them about the two items that were missing and requested them to either be replaced or refunded and was told that they “reviewed” the packing video and show all the items were placed in the package even though two items were clearly missing from the order when we got the package. Support seemed unwilling to resolve the issue and wanted a picture of the package which had already been thrown away since my son had already opened it and was keeping the items he did receive. I won’t be purchasing from here again after the experience I had.

Het is dat ik 1 ster moet geven anders hadden ze er geen verdiend. Ze reageren weinig tot niet op berichten. Zijn niet via een telefoonnummer bereikbaar. Broeken zijn gestolen en ze blijven verschillende dingen zeggen hoe dit op te lossen valt. Ik ben niet blij met deze service!!

Paid £6 for next day delivery. 3 days later and it still says that it is "due for delivery". Absolute joke that you can pay such a high amount for next day delivery and it takes longer than standard royal mail delivery. Absolute joke. Do not order if you are in a rush.
