“We booked tickets from Ha Giang to Hanoi with Bookaway, and got the confirmation almost immediately, even though we had to change the departure date on such short notice, the support team was very helpful. but there's one thing for improvement on the website, i couldn't find information about the van company COVID19 rules and regulations.”

“It's a great company to book the transfer to travel around Thailand and other Asia countries. I have very good experienced during the time I traveled in Thailand. “I accidentally booked a ferry for the week after the one I wanted. I started a support ticket as soon as I realised, and within a few minutes a refund was in my bank account. It wasn't automatic, I actually spoke to a human who as entirely attentive and positive. I'll actively seek out using the in the future.”

“Have a lot of options to choose, nice platform, and easy to book as well. I also found great coupon saving on the website so the prices are really cheap! I would book again with them.”

“Great website and lots of choices and cheapest prices when i have booked for weekend trips to Pattaya and Hua Hin with the family. I am so happy to see they have now also included trains and flight options, happy to have a 1 stop shop option.”

“Le voyage était tel que décrit sur le site. Le personnel de la compagnie de bus était très polie et serviable. Je pensais ne pas avoir reçu mon billet de bus mais l'équipe du support m'a demandé de vérifier mes spams et en effet le mail y était. Donc 5 étoiles.”
