“I sent out mutiple books from nursing school to multiple companys. This company was by far the smoothest experience. I was sent an email confirming they were sending out a check, while other companies left me completely in the dark. I'd highly recommend using this company. I didn't have to get it touch with their customer service, but the fact that they have a phone number is a huge plus for security. I'm dealing with another company that will not respond to my emails and does not have a phone number. If you're looking to sell your books, this place is top on my list.”

“Selling book process was very easy and seamless. Label was printed at home and dropped off in a mailbox. Once sale was processed, the funds were deposited to a paypal account as I indicated. Will sell with them again!”

“Bookbyte is amazing! It was simple and there was no hassle. I put my ISBN number in the search engine, Bookbyte wanted me book and was willing to pay a good amount for it. It is free to ship in and they sent me my check all within 2 weeks! Super easy, hassle free and fast!”

“Extremely disappointed. I sold a book to Bookbyte. Sent in the one book that I was quoted only to be told that 3 others were received from me that I have never even owned. They claimed that the one that I did send was never received. I was paid less than half for the ones that I didn't send in than the estimate for the original one. After some back and forth and pretty much being told to reread the policy, I was given the rest of the credit as a "one time exception". What the hell? I know what I sent back and being questioned and told that other books were received was ridiculous! Only reason for 2 stars is because they did pay the full amount as a "courtesy" to me. 😐 Never again.”
