“They have good prices, excellent books that I can´t find in my country. And the shipment is always free”

“I have had a couple of problems with this company in the past, particular in the way that they list their books online, especially with more academic texts. They often list them as hardback or softback, when one of these options is not available. Even though they have refunded me in the past for these errors, it would be preferable to have a company whose listings were reliable in the first place.”

“The postage is free and I was very happy with the book I oredered. Having said that, the customer servise is below all expectations. I never got confirmation email confirming my order, and when I contacted them, once directly, once via Pay pal account, they never answered, neither they replayed to my unhappy customer review comment. The book eventually arrived, but concerning their communication with their customers it's the worst i have ever experienced on Internet..”

“Very affordable book prices that beat those of local stores. Customer service is highly responsive (within 24hours and they mean it!) and do really try their best to resolve issues. Very well-stocked with books of countless different languages, even rare titles. The whole process of ordering to purchasing is transparent and easy-to-follow. Bookdepository's website is very user-friendly, one of the best clutter-free online retailer I've come across.”
