However, be mindful that you have all of your FULL trip details to hand, as experience of myself and others is that the booking.com service does not handle changes to your booking well at all, often with any changes made not making it through to the hotel involved. Ultimately ending in disappointment when you arrive at your destination.
When cancelling a booking, ALWAYS ensure that you have the cancellation confirmation from them. If you don't receive one contact their customer services to obtain confirmation or risk getting billed for your trip!
