“Such a pathetic service. Booked mobie tickets for islamabad and they booked for karachi. Asked them to switch to islamabad and they said that isn't possible to switch but u can claim a refund frol the cinema. Asked for a refund from the cinema and they said we don't give refunds. So basically wasted 7k. Went down the drain. Most pathetic service won't ever be using it again . Please save your money!!”
“Bookme service us fraud. bad customer services. The customer services representataive are abusive and arrogant including their manager. We did not refund us even 80% of our money as we called them and requeted for refund on time. The just doing lame excusises and wasted our time.This is not happen first time. I suggest you all people to use any other app yo book your tickets. Am leaving this service now as i was regular customer of bookme and they did with me like that.”
