Bookmundi is a great service and really takes the pressure off organising your trip. They are very reactive, reply to questions in 24 jours, organised, friendly and efficient. I recommend this service and would like in particular to thank Yasmine for all her help.

I like the idea of getting around without having to wait for a whole bunch of other people. You are your own boss as to where you want to dine and when you want to take a break. They pretty much book your hotel, your train and bus ride from city to city and book your tours. 2 of them were free tours. You get yourself from station to hotel and back. Only one hotel had complimentary breakfast. They should remove complimentary breakfast in some hotels, very deceiving. Also wanted to note that my hotel in Barcelona was in the ghetto section of the city- the Ramblas. I don’t think they should put a female solo traveler in that part of the neighborhood. Profit over safety of clients I guess. There were also communication issues with them. Although they give you detailed instructions, some of the merchants like bus operators never emailed me as to where I would be picked up. When I emailed them to let them know that’s the case. I never heard back.

The staff at Bookmundi was always very responsive and patient, as I asked MANY questions. Once the decision was made to book with them, I found it very easy to complete the booking through their online link. I would highly recommend them as a tour operator!

We have not yet taken our trip to Cambodia, but so far communication has been excellent between us and our local travel agent Hien Do who has been attentive and made changes to the itinerary as requested. The booking process is very easy. All is good so far!

I have not been on a tour booked through book mundi. Will go to Turkey Dezember. Hoping it will be great. But Bookmundi customer service is great. Always responding quickly and helpful

Hi - the booking process was easy and straight forward and all communication for clarification regarding aspects of the trip were promptly answered and they even rang me direct in Australia with information - can't fault the customer service and all information was provided quickly. A+++ company and their representatives - highly recommended

My daughter became sick prior to us leaving for our trip. Staff displayed incredible empathy and assisted in us getting a part refund of our tour. We were very happy with the staff and the warmth displayed regarding our situation.

Terrible hotel and experience thus far. My husband and I booked the Rome to venice tour. Our first hotel The Grand Olympic was absolutely disgusting. It was NOT clean at all, not comfortable, and definitely not a 4 star hotel. This at best is a 1 star hotel and not what we’d expect paying nearly $4,000 for our trip. Pieces of tile were missing, blood on the wall, the sink wouldn’t drain, there was no bedside lights, and the shower had mold. When I contacted Bookmundi, I received this response “ The hotel has been following its established cleanliness protocols diligently. We believe the issue may be related to personal preferences”. They said this despite the fact I emailed multiple pictures to them of the issues. Meanwhile, my husband and I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted we ended up changing hotels and paying over $700 euros out of pocket, which Bookmundi will not reimburse us on this hotel or the original hotel. Save yourself the time and trouble, book with Perillo.
