“Was a comprehensive website, clear and easy to use. Booking was straight forward was a bit worried about the 10 min time restrictions but managed to complete the booking. Good to get confirmation. Would have prefered all the pricing to have stayed in British pounds as it had initially. But very happy with experience.”

“I was not able to split by booking down payment between two couples so I had tp oay the entire deposit myself. There must be a way to do this in our final payment?”

Our system sent one follow-up email and I personally followed up just to try and make sure everything was OK. “Happy that we were able to include extra nights during our 'Patterns of Turkey' 13-day tour and that complimentary transfers allow for arrival and departure days outside of the tour days. James was very helpful, always courteous and very prompt in answering my many questions. (There would have been fewer had more details been provided at the website. I like to know ahead so there are no surprises.) So far, so good. I have all the info I need to book and will do so shortly. I will post more after the tour.”
