“Terrible hotel and experience thus far. My husband and I booked the Rome to venice tour. Our first hotel The Grand Olympic was absolutely disgusting. It was NOT clean at all, not comfortable, and definitely not a 4 star hotel. This at best is a 1 star hotel and not what we’d expect paying nearly $4,000 for our trip. Pieces of tile were missing, blood on the wall, the sink wouldn’t drain, there was no bedside lights, and the shower had mold. When I contacted Bookmundi, I received this response “ The hotel has been following its established cleanliness protocols diligently. We believe the issue may be related to personal preferences”. They said this despite the fact I emailed multiple pictures to them of the issues. Meanwhile, my husband and I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted we ended up changing hotels and paying over $700 euros out of pocket, which Bookmundi will not reimburse us on this hotel or the original hotel. Save yourself the time and trouble, book with Perillo.”

“It was fast and easy to book a tour via Bookmundi. There's so many selections so choosing the right one that will fit your budget, schedule and travel plans was a challenge but Bookmundi delivered somehow. Thanks and will see how the tour we chose in October goes.”

“We have not yet taken our trip to Italy, however the communication with Bookmundi has been very good. Any questions we have asked have been responded to the next day by Juliana our rep. The information has always been timely and very detailed. All payments have been deducted by Bookmundi on the dates they told us they would deduct. So very easy to plan.”

“I got in touch with bookmundi for my private day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai. It was a very personalised tour that I wanted due to my aged parents, so also need assistance in terms of wheelchairs and people to push wheelchairs. They were efficient with their responses and have accomodated all my needs for that day. I am now looking forward to our day trip to Abu Dhabi with bookmundi. Thanks for all your help.”

The response to my questions has been timely (given the time difference between where I live and where customer service representatives are located) and focused on the information I needed. “Preparing the trip was very easy with all Yangyang her great knowledge, ideas, being so flexible and friendly. If the trip is like preparing the trip we will have an awesome trip and be happy customers 🤣. Because of the 11 hour time difference. We always got promptly the next day an answer. Perfect!”
