I booked and paid for a trip to India with Bookmundi about a month in advance, but without a visa in advance. I was led to believe by the supplier website that as a Canadian I could get an e-Visa in just a few days. That turned out not to be true. There was not enough time to get one the usual way, sending in my passport by mail. So I cancelled immediately, within 24 hours. Nevertheless the supplier insisted on a 60% cancellation fee. I protested to Jane at Bookmundi, who agreed this was unfair and took up my case with the supplier, who finally relented and returned all my money. So kudos to Jane at Bookmundi.

I am extremely impressed with the customer service. Emily responded quickly to my email and was able to correct the tour dates. I highly recommend using Bookmundi.

After changing my plans multiple times I can’t say anything better for my booking experience. I always emailed back in a timely fashion and all my questions answered. Highly recommend

Everything with the website and the service worked very well. However, initially, we were not able to make the payment to Bookmundi for the trip. This turned out to be a problem with the bank rather than with Bookmundi. We also received a quick response from Customer Service.

Super great support and customer service from Peter. He was very professional and very prompt to reply.” When I canceled the trip because a Travelmate had a slight issue, and I asked him to reinstate the trip two days later, he did everything possible in his capacity to revert the cancellation and put us back on the trip. He went above and beyond to support me throughout the process. He is trustworthy and reliable. I will definitely and happily ask for him to handle my booking next time. KUDOS to you Peter and team!

Amazing, quick accurate updates & feedback throughout a 2 year process of booking due to Covid changes etc but during this time Sujan always had the upmost patience and responded immediately on everything i needed!

The Bookmundi description states that there is 4 hour tour. The confirmation states that there is a 3 hour tour. What am I to believe? What else is erroneous in the tour?

I have been working with Jane and she has been very helpful. She held a spot for me until I could make my deposit and secure a reservation. I appreciate and feel Bookmundi is a great tour operator. My only concern is that the price changed from the time the spot was reserved and the day I made the deposit. I am hopeful Bookmundi will honor the price at the time I reserved a spot.

Sarah was excellent in sorting out the exact trip we were after. After 2 years of Covid lockdowns we were keen to get to the Artic. Sarah worked with us to ensure everything about our trip suited our needs. Happy to use Bookmundi in future bookings.
