“No words to say how grateful I'm with the excelent service provided by the agencies, specially Hymalaian Leisure and Bookmundi. Due to covid rules, I sadly had to cancel my tour and I imagined that It would ruin my vacation because of the taxes that I would have to pay, but the agency and the Bookmundi understood my situation and allowed me to cancel without any tax, so It allowed me few days later to plan again my tour as the rules to enter in the country was updated. Thanks for the humanized service and to make dreams come true, without that, my second chance to travel would not be possible. I will recommend to my friends!”

“I booked and paid for an Inca Trail Hike 6 months in advance and planned my 2 week South America trip around the dates. I had a question and reached out to the tour company Bookmundi had booked for me. They had no reservation for me and my trip is 3 weeks away. The tour is completely sold out. Contacting Bookmundi is logistically a headache due to the time zone as they are in India. I sent multiple emails and got up at 2 am to speak live to customer service. All they have is an apology. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.”

“Great communication and able to work with you, despite the constant changes surrounding Covid. We had a honeymoon scheduled for April 2020, but due to travel restrictions, had to postpone to 2021. Considering the state of the pandemic in 2021, the trip had to, once again, be pushed 1 year. Now looking into 2022, we are in a very similar situation. Since it has gone on over 2 years, we asked for a full refund and Bookmundi was able to make it happen. We will gladly rebook our trip with Bookmundi once international travel becomes more normal.”

“Customer service Jane has exchanged email few times to gladly refund my reservation due to cancellation on the trip that I deposited. The cancellation in Feb 2022 has caused me to revise travel plan. when I confirm my plan, will loook Bookmundi web site again. Thanks.”

“This is the first time we booked with Bookmundi and we couldn't be happier. The process was easy, fast, efficient and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was phenomenal. We travel internationally at least twice a year and use different companies but Bookmundi is the best by far.”

“I have recently booked my second trip (private tour of Northern Norway) with Bookmundi. As before their service and efficiency are excellent. They have a huge choice of tours in a vast variety of countries. I would highly recommend them.”

“Sent a request and got a reply from Jane Andersen saying that my budget of 500$ pp per day was not sufficient for a 5 day trip. I found this rather ridiculous especially in covid times where people are trying to get some business. I wrote back saying really? I then got a reply from Marie Storm who said that 750$ would be minimum per day per person. Looking around i have seen that Kuoni and Expedia are doing package tours for between 250-450$ all inclusive deals to luxury outlets!! Something doesn't make sense here. Yes, I did get a reply within the hour however, zero effort was made to work within my budget or even try and sell me a safari/beach holiday.”

I gather from your review that you understood that I was suggesting a minimum of USD 750 per day per person for a luxury, private trip to Kenya. If you will look back at our conversation you will see that I actually suggested USD 750 per person for the entire trip. Again, please note that this budget was suggested for a luxury trip, as was indicated in the trip planner request you submitted. Our travel experts can arrange a standard customized, private 5-day trip to Kenya for you and your group for USD 500 per person. I hope this clarifies.
