“BookPal has assisted our PTA for the last two years in helping us find the appropriate level books in both English and Spanish to gift our student body for the holiday break. “I'm a firm believer that the only reviews that count are the ones when a problem came up. Smooth sales are great but you never know what the company is like until you see them fix issues! That being said... my order had a price change (from the supplier) after the fact. Nobody's fault, but it was handled professionally and rapidly with a friendly phone call followed up by crazy fast shipping!! All the stars!”
