“Great customer service! I called and got a live person on the phone immediately. They answered my questions about shipping and available stock. I placed my order online after the call, got a confirmation immediately, and my books shipped later that same day. It was a perfect transaction. Thank you!”

“This is the 4th time we have given out Bookpal journals at the A.G. Gaston Conference in Birmingham, AL. They are a hot items with both our attendees and sponsors. “We ordered 4 titles, you shipped them separately, but invoiced in only one document. This split shipping caused problems on customs, this books had final destination Peru. We still can't get them all out from customs.”

“Outstanding customer service. Fast shipping. Great pricing. A handful of books came with small tears or bent covers but since they were extra copies we did not return. WP Elementary School 450 copies of Masterpiece”

“Overall, I received my order so the whole process was acceptable. One book arrived looked like it had been run over by a tire and so I just had to throw it away, it was not in acceptable condition to give to anyone. Better communication would be appreciated, I had to inquire about my order and didn't receive a shipping notification until after my order had already arrived.”

Hi Kristina, Thank you for your honest review. I'm sorry you received a damaged copy! Occasionally books do get damaged in transit, therefore we offer free replacements within 7 days of delivery.
