“Purchasing books through Book Pal was not only easy but also provided the best deal for buying multiple copies of the same title. The books arrived in great condition and before the expected time. I received a follow-up email from Josina Lawrence, account manager. She offered her contact information should we need assistance with other orders. I immediately sent her link to our schools should they need to purchase other books. BookPal will be the first place I check when I need to order books in the future.”

“This was my first time dealing with Bookpal. Their name came up when I googled "bulk books" and I took a chance. The customer service was excellent and the people I dealt with were polite and helpful. The books came before the expected delivery date - setting our minds at ease as to whether they'd be here in time. The price was right and I wouldn't hesitate to use Bookpal again should I need to place a bulk order!”

“Very good customer service! The gentleman who called tried to find a third party vendor to buy the books from when they didn't have them in stock. They planned the shipment for when I asked them to. Only reason I give a good instead of very good is the shipping. You have to order books in sets of 25 but the boxes used only hold 24 and the 25th book is sent in a separate box. I understand all books come in different sizes but I am sure this is an easy fix if you have boxes of different sizes. This is a waste of resources. Please figure a way to stop this waste. Thank you!”
