“Ordered several hundred books of different titles for students. When I encountered a small problem of some of the books I wanted being out of print, the book pal team reached out directly and were very quickly able to help me get everything taken care of, and even made sure to communicate about when each title would be delivered. Do wish the website was a little more accurate in the first place, but very good customer service, reasonable prices, and speedy delivery.”

“BookPal has been an excellent book provider for me. I'm an author of a recently published book and wanted to purchase additional books and BookPal had great discounts. After I made my first purchase, BookPal sent me a $25 coupon for additional purchases and when I went to use it later, it didn't work. I called customer service and spoke with someone who helped me get another code and work it out. I was grateful and impressed with the excellent customer service, and they honored my $25 off that meant a lot to me! I would definitely buy from them again!”

“I needed to order 1350 books of the same title (Gooseberry Park) for our district wide "Family Read Aloud". I want to thank September Phoenix for her help with getting such a large quantity, at a great price and to get them shipped to arrive earlier than needed.
