The account setup process didn't include my provider and wouldn't allow me to find it, so effectively got to a part of the basic sign-up process and it wouldn't allow me to complete it.
When selecting multiple activities the basket only allows for one at a time and so this is very time consuming.
The IT team need to get onto this quickly as the providers signed up are going to get so many complaints as a result of a 3rd party IT system.”
