Flaky system, removes things from basket if you have issues, not obvious how to add multiple dates at once.

I first selected child care which gave a list of nurseries not schools; I needed to book 'activities' but this isn't really obvious for an after school club. It then allows you to add just one child and then to add other children, its on the confirmation page. The booking confirmation page only showed the first 3 dates I had booked rather than all of them which again was confusing / disconcerting as I wanted to be sure I was paying for the dates I believed I had actually booked. It would be better to be able to create an account, add children to that account, add a venue and then add sessions as required. All a bit backward and very frustrating first experience.

Cant figure out how to book more than 1 session at a time , seems to be block or single days

Block booking can only be done in its entirety, so Mon-Fri for a complete term or as offered. The alternative is to select every single session individually, you should be able to block book but still be able to select which day/s throughout a term this should apply to so that I can book all Tuesday for the term.

It's not clear how to book before school & after school clubs in the same booking. I am now doing it twice, which seems inefficient and not as good as the old system

pebble website doesn't let you book more than one week at a time and doesn't work on mobile phones. It has taken me 1 hr to book. Very frustrating

Hi Hannah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about Pebble. We had a look into your booking and noticed a bug in the checkout flow when using the DOB date picker. This bug was introduced as when we released a new feature very recently. Our engineers dived straight into fixing it and there should now no longer be any problems. We noticed that this particular bug was most common with older iOS versions. We recommend updating your phone to the latest version to reduce the likelihood of encountering any issues.
