“The recommended age for the activity is 5-11 and my son is 5, however it asked if I wanted to proceed as the attendee is outside the suggested age... Not sure why that happened.

“Easier than previous system, just first time setting up a bit awkward, system suggested that the boys are too young for sessions - all set though and much easier way of picking dates :)”
“I don't like having to provide payment details for a free taster session and agreeing to pay a fee before having had the taster session. This preys on people who will forget to cancel the payment if the taster session is not successful, particularly those with disabilities.”
