“This is the third or fourth time I have bought a book or book from them and they have all been very good. Shipment is fast and they are always as stated or slightly better than stated. I will order from them again if I find a book in their store that I want.”

“We received the book but was late by about 5 days. When we called BooksRun there was not a live agent to talk with. They did end up crediting me for rush book shipment but I don't think I would use them after this mistake.”

“The books themselves were in perfect condition and that's what matters most. The delivery was exactly on time based on the initial delivery estimate. The price was also unbeatable. The reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the set's jacket was damaged. It had torn at several of the seams, which (if it's going to tear at all that's the best place for it to happen) I had to tape back together. At some point I'll fix it with some adhesive and some heavy card stock. All in all I was happy with it, but they could take better care with the packaging.”
