“The book arrived and thankfully it was in OK condition. The flimsy bag it was shipped in was torn open and the post office had a rubber band around it. We are luck y it did not get wet. BooksRun should pack their books in a padded envelope or a box.”

“The week of finals, the book was due, but no notification reminder was send prior to that day, and additional money were automatically charged. I did not need a textbook at this point, I was just busy. I guess that's how they make money after people order from them due to a cheaper price. I won't order from them anymore that's for sure. I would rather use Chegg as usual.”

“If I could leave no stars I would. I sold serval books to booksrun, shipped the books to them. They not only changed the amount they were paying for the books, they never paid me for the books. Please save yourself and not use this company for any reason Update: the company reached out to me and I did receive my payment for my books. Customer service definitely stepped up to correct the issue.”
