Then both through the email address and the Whatsapp number on the website several times tried to get in touch with Boolchand's, however, they respond to absolutely nothing. Therefore on January 9, 2024 I went to the store to ask what the situation is, the employee in the store could not figure it out and wrote down my phone number. Within an hour I was called back saying that something had gone wrong with the order and that I should place it again. However, it now appears that they just as quickly increased the price of the product in question by NAF. 34. So this smells rather like misleading scams. To this I tried to contact them again, but completely as expected, again there is no response anywhere. So do yourself a favor and never order anything here. This company doesn't even know what customer service means, let alone do anything with it. They would rather make the customer pay extra when an order goes wrong due to their actions. A ridiculous company!”
