“I’m a bit disappointed I was excited to purchased some items that I’ve been wanting and to start I thought it would be shipped home and instead I had to pick up at the store which is an hour away, then no one contacts me I had to call the store to see when would they arrive and pick them up and the answer I got is that the merchandise was out of stock in the store so they could either give an in store credit or have you refund me. That was Monday that I called and it’s Friday and I still have seen my money refunded. Honestly the lack of communication and availability with the webpage not being accurate is disappointing and made me loose valuable time.”
“Your customer service was horrible. I emailed your company 3 times about a purchase and never heard back. Called the store, they had no clue on my on-line order. Really didn’t even try. Called a 2nd time and finally got some help.”
“Can not review an order I have not received. Finally talked to someone today and was told some of the items I purchased were out of stock. Placed the order May 2 and have a confirmed email and 3 day shipping. Received no emails or anything from company saying anything was out of stock. So I told them to overnight me the items instock, guess what can't do that. They will be mailed out Monday. Those were Mother's Day gifts for my daughters. checked around my home town and no one has them. Nice Mother's Day right. Also their customer service line does not work. Now we play the waiting game to see if I receive them or not. Only reason I ordered from them is because they had some other items I wanted or I would of gotten them locally and had them for Mother's Day”
“Downright bad! Do not order anything here! Placed an order on December 26, 2023. Then both through the email address and the Whatsapp number on the website several times tried to get in touch with Boolchand's, however, they respond to absolutely nothing. Therefore on January 9, 2024 I went to the store to ask what the situation is, the employee in the store could not figure it out and wrote down my phone number. Within an hour I was called back saying that something had gone wrong with the order and that I should place it again. However, it now appears that they just as quickly increased the price of the product in question by NAF. 34. So this smells rather like misleading scams. To this I tried to contact them again, but completely as expected, again there is no response anywhere. So do yourself a favor and never order anything here. This company doesn't even know what customer service means, let alone do anything with it. They would rather make the customer pay extra when an order goes wrong due to their actions. A ridiculous company!”
“I bought a I -iPhone 15 Titanium Pro online color white and when I received it and went to set it up it was one with him that doesn't work here on the island! Then they made a big deal to change it and then when I finally got a new one it was black not the color I wanted. If e-sims were available here I would have bought it directly from Apple which is much less. I am very disappointed with the service I received this time which I never experienced before.”
