Dear Anonymous, I apologize if somehow we made you uncomfortable and I did my best to investigate the issue, the results are as following: I have investigated the issue as I deeply care about our client's experience with us. I've discussed the issue with your boosters and found out that this review cannot be true. Our employees are all Top 300 and have been working with us for many seasons. It is impossible that they struggled in Platinum Skill Rating. This screenshot of your account (names are hidden of course) confirms my hypothesis. Your boost was handled with a total of 14 wins and only 1 lost game. This does not sound like struggle to me but rather like a clean boost with 94% winrate. Not only that, you were granted an extra of 26 Skill Rating completely free. “OV > 16 > 25 level, booster: Moh, Moh wasn't so friendly, i mean he did nothing wrong but comparing to my previous booster Vaizard that was talking with me a lot, was very friendly and helpful and gave me a lot of tips how to improve at the game, with Moh it was just a standard and boring communication, sometimes didnt even respond to my messages or it took him few hours to respond to them (while he was online and playing!), the speed... it could be faster honestly i mean... in the requirements for a booster says "6 or more hours per day" and he was like, the first day i think he played only like 1 hour (i ordered around 14:00 eu time), he made a lot of breaks (i understand that he's a normal person too but that's his job ok) sometimes i had to even discreetly ask him to continue playing because he stopped playing after like 30 minutes TL;DR boost was good, booster could be better”
