“At first Boost Ninja was great! Posting keeping my Google business profile up to date, until my entire business got suspended. Upon further investigation and help from Google themself, turns out the people at Boost Ninja were violating their rules and guidelines with almost every post. Now my business is suspended and I’m hoping to have it reinstated soon. You’d think paying for something like BoostNinja they would know what the guidelines are and be sure to not violate them before posting.”

“I signed up with Boostninja, but I'm a franchisee so I'm not able to change or give access of Google My Business to them to make modifications, so I asked to cancel my account.
They would not understand, they do not respond to text messages on the phone provided on their website, their chat app on their site is useless, nobody ever responds.
I'm disappointed and regret signing up with them.”
“This is a scam. Did nothing. No reports. Can't find a phone number. Won't return emails from their chat. Can't cancel. Won't stop charging. I've had to initiate a chargeback with my card company to try and get my money back. These positive reviews I guarantee or BS reviews attempting to drive down the real bad reviews out of view. Don't waste your money on this company. Fraudulent company.”
“I couldn’t get any updates so I canceled my subscription and received a confirmation that it was canceled. 3 weeks later they charged my card again and now nobody will return an email or text and you definitely can’t talk to anyone. Stay far away from this lie!!!!”

“4 months straight decline in performance, phone calls, Zero business generated and zero improvements on Google maps ranking. Horrible customer service. I would 100% suspect any positive review is fake. I even tried contacting the businesses they have listed on their website to verify their performance and why they gave 5 star ratings. No business could be found. Total Scam.”
“I personally am not tech savvy. There was an option for them to set up by giving them my Google password. They were unable to do so. They agreed to refund since I was unable to setup. Unfortunately I have yet to see my $150 and that is why I am leaving this review.”
