“Customer service is fantastic, have used boots several times for appliances. Any questions are instantly resolved over email or phone. They've been very supportive when we had an issue with a washing machine, got one replaced for us much faster than it should have taken because they understood we had a baby and needed it ASAP! Great company and you get boots point s ;P”

“We bought a NEFF oven about 19 months ago, and it suddenly started to short out the system. I rang Boots (waited about 15 seconds) and spoke to a very helpful guy, who spoke English, and he put me through to Neff and we had a 3 way conversation. It was arranged for an engineer to come out the following day, exactly on time, and it took him about 40 minutes to fix. In this day and age that is just fantastic service. I did expect to have problems, so was very pleasantly surprised.”

“Thank you to Jonathon and the home-working lady who processed my recent orders. They were at all times helpful and efficient and the delivery drivers were prompt and polite - also great added bonus of Advantage Card points. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.”

“I had a problem with a combination microwave through Boots Kitchen Appliances within 3 days of purchase and Kulsoom dealt with it in a first class way. I will have a replacement delivered tomorrow and my faulty one collected at the same time. Thank you Kulsoom for dealing with this in a most efficient way it was very much appreciated. I am very happy with the service. Thank you Kulsoom. 😊”

“After a nightmare event and mix ups my replacement oven has at last been connected . I was so impressed with the team sent to me. “Best service I have had from ordering to delivery. I ordered a T V for my father who is 92 years old which was not easy as he lives a few hours drive from me , the gentleman who took my order reassured me my father and myself would receive a phone call when he was the next delivery. We both had a phone call from the delivery men in his time slot his TV was unpacked and setup the installation was first class they did not leave until they were sure my father understood the setup. I would definitely recommend boots for any appliances.”
