Money off voucher for no 7 make up and a great promotion on, meaning free lipstick. I'd never bought foundation from no7 before but it's great.

Repeat prescription not ordered by them, second time I’ve had this problem even though they sold me their enhanced (lol) service. Time to move on to a standard service from someone else, will not use again, rubbish.

While some staff are friendly and helpfull and often some phatmacists, I find that everytime I get a pharmacist whi is from another culture, they are rude and act in a very sexist manner towards me. They appear to make up rules, but say as an excuse ''it's the law.' Or 'Our Policy'. When I check this out with the regulat pharmacist when the are on. They tell me the opposit?

I see the same person on the No 7 counter in Harrow St George's Centre and she has consistently been very helpful so wanted to mention that! Her name was Dorina. Well done to her!

https://www.productreview.com.au/p/no-no.html  I have copied this link for you to read to your product team if you think this product is suitable to sell in your boots stores, then your team is well out of touch, and I don't believe you haven't had these returned.  Also you talk about customer care, well you certainly not looking after them, because, you wash your hands of this product, in your returns policy, because no no won't entertain any returns,  If you are patient and carry on using this product, and it completely breaks down, you have spent good money for a product from your stores that you are fobbed off when what we need is help from you not the fob off. My contract is with you and again and again I have been passed from pillar to post, so don't tell me to go to the store where I purchased it from because I have been there several times, to no avail. I was told that you have changed your return policy, and before that you would have sorted it out for me,  DO STOCK NO NO PRODUCT'S THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY DO.. Thanks boots for all the years I have shopped with you, even my prescriptions also, with ever changing staff at my local store, but I see the staff under pressure, but they still keep a smile and do their job well, Boots you are lucky to have them. Do you think they don't tell us that your return policy have changed, and it's out of their hands. So I hit the boots brick wall

Shocking, overpriced company selling products all available elsewhere much cheaper. Here in Dover their store is dead opposite a Savers store selling anything Boots sell much cheaper. Boots however seem not to mind. How odd isn't it.

Had an issue with an order that I collected from store ,Sent 7 emails and 2 facebook messages after 3 weeks I get a facebook reply only to find they have not listened to a word I said .

romford boot @ brewery shopping mall. the lady at till scanned one item twice and on asking for correction she get mad. i had to pay the amount twice. even customer service on phone was unable to help. this is a good way to make money assign some rude women to till and earn money. good going boots.

I cannot believe that a company such as boots does not have this facility to use a gift card. It must be one of the few company's if not the only one. It defeats the purpose if I have to go to a shop to place an Internet order. As a previous review said Boots Keep up with the times........

A member of staff at the Boots store in Nuneaton. The lady is Sam and she gave me really good advice on beauty products. I was looking for a new product and one that suited me better. Sam's assessment and advice lead me to choose a new product and now I am much happier. She was just super friendly and helpful. Thanks Sam. The till staff were very friendly.

AMANDA AT Boots Clayton Square photographic dept.What a treasure you have there. She was on her own with a few people waiting. This did not prevent her giving me all her attention with such a pleasant attitude. Her advice was very helpful and she did a lovely job on reproducing a photo which was 100 years old. I am so pleased
