I ordered the makeup set offer for my daughter birthday 6 days later still not arrived rang boots and they said it came back as a failed delivery to my local store so the only thing they could do was give me a refund as the offers gone now fuming is an understatement I buy loads from boots well they have lost my custome now

0n 22/07/19 went into Boots in Ashton in Makerfield centre at 16:25 to pick up a prescription which the Medicentre promised to send that day. Was told it had not been received. On checking with the Medicentre they confirmed that it had been sent over at 11:30 to Boots. On returning to Boots and politely explaining the story the tablets were handed out by the dispenser without a word, just a miserable face and certainly no apology. Total display of inefficiency but also a total disregard for basic customer service.

Ordered goods which did not arrive--contacted them and they were not at all bothered--could not care less !

Just been advised by local Boots store that from September they will be charging £5 per prescription delivery!!!!! Not a good move Boots !!!!!

Had the unfortunate experience of being served by Victoria at Kings Cross Station,never seen anyone so miserable,no please,no thanks,no eye contact,no smile,actually didn’t acknowledge me at all....very rude!!!

THANKS TO CLARE (NO.7)@Tonbridge! As a regular customer on behalf of my Mother (disabled )I've found CLARE consistent in her great customer attitude -always patient, always knowledgeable -It's thanks to staff like her that Boots is a great place!

One use plastic!!! thought there was a Nationwide push to get rid of one use plastic? boots this week gave me my monthly pills, in foil, which is inside a box with the instructions, placed in a plastic bag (which has replaced the paper bag) come on Boots get rid of all the packaging and ditch the plastic bags. I have been taking the same pills for a number of years so do not require weekly instructions on use of them or a surplus box. when I questioned the Boots staff regarding the two plastic bags I was advised " they are fully recyclable" SO IS ALL THE PLASTIC BOBBING ABOUT IN THE WORLDS OCEANS!

I like Boots the chemist Cwmbran but there never seems to be enough staff to help you. I literally waited 10 minutes in a queue to get served at the counter on Saturday afternoon with the result that many customers left in disgust. I will still to my own chemist in the future.

I have been using Boots at manor surgery Redruth since it was incorporated into the surgery with no problems and wonderful, caring staff. However, since the introduction of new/temporary staff the standards of service have plummeted with the result i no longer feel i want my prescriptions supplied by Boots. Twice in 10 days, i have been made to wait in excess of 30 minutes for prescriptions i had ordered 8 days prior to collection because they had'nt been made up. I was told the prescription had not come through but quickly changed their mind when i presented the proof that the order had been prescribed and sat in the computer for several days unchecked. Its sad that this pharmacy has gone from 5*+ to 1*. I'm far from impressed.

Once again my prescription is late I have no pills for today and iam going to have to go down and I feel like begging for my medication this service is terrible and I think I should move to another supplier

How disappointing is that the head office that creates policies they decide not to have a free walk in blood pressure cheking according to a customer manager the pharmacy review teams decided that that a not something the community would.need Is sad to hear today on the phone that their main objectives are mainly.money and.profit and not.to.be beneficial.for.the community

Today I was served by Jessica on the No 7 counter at the Spalding Lincolnshire branch. Jessica was very professional, extremely helpful and served me with her lovely personality. I tried to leave feedback on the customer care number but it was closed. Having worked in customer service all my working life it was lovely to meet somebody with the same standards I have lived by. Boots, Tollgate, Stanway in Colchester branch. Holly and Fiona were superb. Holly put my repeat prescription onto the system for future ease. We interacted so well as customer and loyal Boots employee whilst she carried out this task. A delightful person. So kind. We talked about Love Island and her nice hairstyle. A total credit to Boots. Well done. I received fantastic service. Fiona too went way out of her way to helping both my wife and I on a separate visit. She was kind, knowledgeable, smart and professional. Both of these staff members are a credit to the high standards that Boots expect. I have wrote several previous reviews. All have been positive which highlights the excellent standard of staff that Boots employ. This must be testament to the store manager. Great work team, please keep it up and keep us customer happy. Not an easy task as I work for the Police. My moto is: keep some of the people happy most of the time. It was: Keep all of the people happy, all of the time. But there are some people who are born happy and some are born miserable. Thank you again team, well done, your little policeman

This was a disappointing and frustrating visit. I am usually in praise of the staff at Tollgate but today I stood for 10 minutes by the No 7 counter waiting to ask for help to choose a foundation. There were few staff about but there was a colleague in the area talking to a customer so I thought it wouldn’t belong before I could speak to her. 10 minutes ticked by and the conversation seemed to be detailing youths stealing from retail premises. The customer appeared to be purchasing an item so I waited another 5 minutes. The customer needed to go out of the store to get something (I assume her purse) so I thought this was my opportunity to speak to the colleague. But I was wrong ...... she turned to another customer who had recently arrived and was looking at perfume, then proceeded to assist her with her purchase, only pausing when the original customer arrived to pay for her purchase 😡. Maybe I should have taken something off the shelf and walked towards the doors just to get served .........?

Tried 3 times to order Boots own brand multivitamins online. Each time told they were in stock but could not supply. Each time when asking why - told they could not tell me because of company secrecy requirements. Rubbish service. Ordered Lloyds own brand online and they arrived 3 days later. Excellent service.

they have a "fair" point when asking people NOT to open the seal on the mascara etc but.....................people have to because " a lot" of the time when u take them home and open the seal at home they are STILL dry etc.

i find not all the time etc but....................."a lot of the time" when purchasing mascara,s, regardless of "make" etc or when sealed or not sealed they ARE DRY. they don,t like u to open the seal, fair point but................when u take them home sealed and u open the seal at home etc they ARE STILL DRY.

Bristol St Augustines Parade Address19-20 St. Augustines Pde BristolAvonBS1 4UR. Five weeks ago I had a very sick Pomeranian dog and I visited this local branch to purchase a small syringe so that I could hydrate my dog with water as he wouldn't drink after visiting the vets. When they learnt that I wanted the syringe for my dog - something that they would no doubt give a drug abuser, they said "no". I went elsewhere and obtained one.
