Boots Bridlington. A lady called on Elaine on the makeup counter is just so wonderfully helpful and I do not go anywhere else now if I want advice on skin care and make up

I've just received a phone call from my local Boots to update me re my regular medication and its availability. Really grateful as have had probs obtaining it in the past. Young lady really helpful and understanding.

I will never be buying from Boots on-line again, half the products that where advertised where out of stock then when I made my second choice and ordered then paid for delivery I was informed afterwards that part of my order was cancelled! Why because it was not available but it is advertised as available what a joke!

Went to Longbridge boots today for a No. 7 Colour match and make up advice. Clare served me and all I can say is that she was excellent. She beautified me and wasnt pushy in selling anything however with the advice she gave I made my purchases . A natural sales representative. I will definitely go back to Clare for any other beauty advice as she really was fantastic. Thank you so much.

i usually shop[ in boots a lot even for a soft drinks. i went to boots last Monday and customer service was phenomenon. i went to boots Westfield Stratford London and i was looking for hair mousse. the colleague was genuinely happy to help me to show me the product she also asked me what particulate type of hair product do i use and she explained me what is suitable for me. it was not only about her customer service but she seems to understand what do i need and gave me complete attention. while talking to me she offered me some alternative and gave personal recommendation. i never felt that customer service could become that good. she was enthusiastic aswell. as far as i can remember her name is Afrasham.

On number 7 beauty counter in Manchester market st I was served by a very helpful and sincere you lady called MIsha the reason why I have filled this review she when over and beyond her job role I hope you will thank her for me I left the store very happy

Went to Earls-Colne boots with a prescription was told to return next day as they had to order it.picked up medicine next day on opening the packet the medicine had a broken seal was half empty and a date stating it had been opened two weeks previously,I phoned boots to be told the 500ml bottle they had only contained 200ml so they had to top it up by 100ml from another bottle.I wasn't happy about this and said I should have been told about this precedure.I wasn't prepared to use the medicine so asked for my prescription back.went back next day to have the prescription thrown at me and told I would not get any different treatment elsewhere.Totally untrue got prescription made up very politely in small chemist in Colchester.Thanks for the run around Boots.

I am usually very pleased shopping at Boots but today i was not. Firstly they did not stock what I came in for, then I chose another product which I thought was on special offer, went to the till and found the staff were very busy. On getting home, I find the product is not the special offer; a smaller size but the special offer label was right in front of that size. No others on display. Very misleading. i will avoid this store in future.

Maria in the boots shipgate, Bolton store served me today, i found her very helpful, friendly and polite, she seems warm and genuine, a very nice lady indeed .

At Borehamwood boots store the pharmastist Maya is always very helpful and friendly even calls my partner buy his first name when I am unable to go myself.

A female friend of mine (70yrs), visited the Boots store in Rochdale at 3pm Tuesday Jan 19th this year. Unfortunately she had a severe bout of dizziness. The store staff immediately took control making her feel comfortable and reassured. They contacted me by phone and directed me to the stores loading bay where they met me on arrival. They took me via the lift to collect my friend and via the lift, back to my car. We cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you Donna O, Hollie, Cath and Sam. My friend has fully recovered.

I bought a Accu-Chek Blood Glucose Monitor from your Chiswich High Rd. branch, went there after few days as I could not get any blood after pricking my finger, the chemist told me that my hand could be cold sit down here and try again? without asking me to wash my hand or if I had any food? useless advice, should I return the monitor, get my money back and purchase the thing from a different Chemist? dom.marcantoni@yahoo.com

After visiting the store on a trip to Chester Melanie on benefit made my day after the service she gave me. She was so attentive and knowledgable on her products, her attention to detail and her care for what I wanted not for what she wanted to flog made her a benefit to her employers.

I ordered on Sunday for some 4 new make-up products and paid for next day delivery. When I received my delivery there was only one product in the packaging! So I read online that sometimes they split delivery so I decided to wait a few hours, but obviously still nothing so I gave them a call and one gentleman said he would call me back and would get this sorted... Few more hours go by and still no call back so I called them back myself and spoke to another gentlemen as you could probably tell I wasn't at my happiest! But the gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and sent out a new delivery for me which would come the following day and refunded me back the money I spent on delivery so i was very pleased that it got sorted out in the end, but for the other gentlemen he was very unprofessional! I will buy again but with caution.

Appalling service yet again from Boots Trinity Leeds store, the most consistently badly managed store I've ever had the bad judgement to use. Following a fiasco when collecting glasses & the stor opulent open because the pharmacist was (very!) late for work, made an appointment for an eye test on this week only to be told after a 20 minute wait that the opticians weren't working that day!!! A complete waste of time off work, time travelling into Leeds & money for parking, plus this was the last day to reclaim £100 in optical care for 2015 so it really has cost me dearly. The advert is right, I really should have gone to specsavers and now I will.
