“ Received the confirmation showing delivery a week hence but delivery to the last person I sent a gift to 2 years ago. ”

“ Didn’t deliver our items and refused to provide a refund or replacement as they said Royal Mail had proof of delivery. The proof was a picture of a box outside our door at a time we weren’t home. Nothing on return, no delivery and refused to support in any way. Basically thief’s and will never use them again - buyer beware. We are down £100 on a Polaroid camera we never received and having to seek legal advice! ”
