Didn’t deliver our items and refused to provide a refund or replacement as they said Royal Mail had proof of delivery.
The proof was a picture of a box outside our door at a time we weren’t home.
Nothing on return, no delivery and refused to support in any way.
Basically thief’s and will never use them again - buyer beware.
We are down £100 on a Polaroid camera we never received and having to seek legal advice!

DO NOT DO AN ON LINE ORDER WITH Boots...... ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. ORDERED WITH THEM PAID NEXT DAY DELIVERY, 7 DAYS LAYER STILL NOT HAD THEM, CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE SHOCKING WHEN I RANG THEM THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD SENT THE GOODS OUT AND THERE WAS NO MORE THEY CAN DO...... I have ordered an item on local store the delivery date was 27/11/23 but still haven’t received it today is 10/12/23 I have been contacted the store twice and they keep telling me to call consumer service support when I called them they said go to the store between them become like a football really need help.

Customer Services offered parcel to be resent or refunded in 3 to 5 days and I received 500 Boots points as goodwill gesture but was told to check goodwill points had been put on my account or call back again with reference number! I will try delivery to home in future.
