My order been placed in August and till now November still did not get refund even though was contacting with customer service few times and raise complain nothing help.

Sadly, their customer service has gone right downhill; They need to book their ideas out or like Debenhams and House of Fraser they will be the next to sink.

When a second assistant came out (first had by then 'disappeared'), on hearing another customers mild rebuke about lack of service she promptly replied, not with an apology but with 'you know I don't have to serve you'.

Used to buy a few items when I collected my medication but from now on I just collect it and go as they changed the tills to self service and at least could have 1 till for some elderly and disabled that could not use them. Even the supermarkets that change to self service have at least a till for people that cannot use self service

Really poor customer service and sorry to say this is often the case in Boots now, very few staff members are ever around and we have had instances before where items have been security tagged and we haven't been able to get help with them.

I used their online prescription service which said I would be able to pick up my prescription between 2-24 hours later.
