"Ive just received spent \u00a32,800 on boots hearing aids came two weeks ago for impressions to be taken made my appointment for a fitting and in that two weeks I\u2019ve had my appointment changed twice , I explained I need the appointment I booked because off my work. And now today I\u2019ve just been informed that my appointment due on the 22nd has now been cancelled this is unacceptable I\u2019m a customer paying a lot off money and this is the rubbish service you get"

"Our own experience is that Boots Hearing Care and after sales support is a complete shambles and certainly does not meet a customer\u2019s expectations.\r\nAfter putting a review on Trustpilot regarding our recent experience, we were expecting a call back to discuss our issues in more detail, not to be !\r\nThree days on and no one is taking any responsibility for their shambolic service, we i recommend Boots, that\u2019s a definite NO !"
