“Friendly sales. Patient when offering all the different options and couldn’t be more friendly. Offered a year warranty so hopefully nothing goes wrong but if it does I am sure the sales team will be as helpful as ever.”

“Hi all. Would just like to thank all the staff at Border Toyota Carlisle for a really pleasant experience while purchasing my used RAV4 recently. I am now the third member of our family to buy from this dealership, which really says a lot in itself about how well you are treated by everyone there. A very special thank you to Jade and Martin who really went that extra mile to put a deal together for me (I wasn't the easiest of customers to satisfy) it was and is much appreciated. I really would have no hesitation in recommending this dealership to anyone thinking about a new vehicle, as the service and attitude of the staff are second to non, absolutely nothing is to much trouble.
