“Taxi over 20 mins late, driver hung up phone on me when I tried to call him, operator was rude. Driver was very poor, fully reliant on his sat nav, not keeping to speed limits. I will use Uber in the future.”

The reason was, that I had two small well- behaved dogs with me.

“Ordered a taxi to get picked up from work… put in the notes to come around the back. He did not. Got a phone call off the driver having a go at me saying he’s around the front and why I’m not there. I told him I was around the back because that’s where I requested to be picked up from. So I walk to the front of my work place and he proceeds to tell me off again.. to which I explained I put it in the notes to come around the back… 9 times out of 10 they do come around the back.. not this one”
