“Even after attempting to adjust the hearing aids they sound like extreme congestion from a cold. As uncomfortable as 'behind the ear' hearing aids are I have to continue to use them. I will be returning my Bossa product soon.”

“Well, I bought these for my husband and he tried them out. He and I were both disappointed. He said they just make sounds “tinny”. There’re really just an amplifier. I’m sorry to say they were a waste of money. He will not wear them at all.”

“I returned the hearing aids in pristine condition and it took months to get my refund. They don't follow up on emails. I only got the refund after I lodged a complaint with the BBB.”
“My unit came with two wax guards...had to replace one in one bud so far... instruction book calls for weekly replacement..please provide/send sufficient replacements.”
