Hello people it has benn 6 weeks since I ordered no tracking number or hearing aids customer service non existent horrible customer support & company

These guys are crooks- do NOT buy anything!!!! They took forever to tell me there were supply issues and my order would be delayed. I cancelled.the order as I had already waited 2.5 months. Now I'm fighting with them to give me a refund. What a horrible company to deal with. I've been bugging them for the refund now for more than 2 months. Do NOT buy anything from these people. They are scammers.

I was fooled by a website that said that their hearing aids were number two in the country. It was a sponsored ad. I ordered $89 hearing aids with the assumption I had a 100 day return policy. I was well within my 100 days and won't behold the company tells me it was only 45 days even though it's all over their website. It was in there advertisements online and I have screenshots of it. It took me 2 months to receive my hearing aids. I had to message them six times asking them for updates. Why would you advertise you have something for sale and that you would receive it within five to seven business days and then you don't? Nobody does this. So I'm screwed because I have these HEARING ENHANCEMENTS that makes everything super loud but doesn't allow you to do all the other things you kind of really need with a hearing aid such as filtering background noise. They're horrendous. They took me a long time to get used to which I guess is normal for hearing aids but I'm completely right now you get what you pay for. This company is useless

I payed for hearing aids mid January still haven’t received them same run around will be shipped in 48 hrs they are a scram they take your money and never hear from them they should be shut down ceo needs be in prison for running a unline scam

I placed my order on April 1, 2024 and was told there was a shortage of MX5 hearing aids and that they would update my order to the new MX10 plus for the same cost. After several emails with an employee named Andie and close to a month later I still have not received notification that the order has been shipped. Do not buy from this company.

Do not order from these people, they are CROOKS! Stole my money, will not refund. They are probably foreign owned, the government needs to investigate them!

These people are nothing but scammers. I send hearing aids back because the ear buds did not fit my ears. Never use them. Going on 6 month and still no refund. Just BS. Is all I get.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are very hard to work with. We have been waiting for my husbands hearing aids for over 6 weeks, still have not received. We have asked for our money back, but they keep telling us they can not give us a refund because his order has been sent to the shipping department. Twice we were told this, but we have never received an email either time that they were shipped. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but so far they are getting the same run around as us.

I tried the hearing aids and didn’t like them. I returned them over 3 months ago and still haven’t received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable. I guess it’s time to call Solve it 7 and get this on the news!!!! I’m filing a bad review with the Better Business Bureau.

First of all your pricing! As soon as I bought mine I began seeing deeply discounted pricing for the same pair that I purchased at full price, your welcome. Second, the feed back noise you get when putting them in your ears are terrible, third, they are simply just amplifiers, I know you have a volume control but not real easy to operate when the ambient noise jumps and you would need to turn it down quickly, I believe my hearing is getting even worse because of it. Not a happy camper

Don’t buy from boss. All you will get is excuses. No product. I ordered over a month ago after two three texts they told me supply issues and they woul upgrade me to a better product they had in stock . Never received them . I ask for a refund they said they couldn’t do that because my order was in getting ready to ship. Never received ! No product No refund. Filing a complaint with my credit card company to reverse the charge. This company maybe an internet scam .

I ordered these hearing aid, I reached out to them because I didn't get a tracking number after a week of ordering, that's when they told me to be patient they was on back order, well backorder took a month or more, when I did receive them when I first put them on I could hear a little better, but it doesn't cancel out noise and seems like a humming noise, I don't recommend.

I ordered a set on March 9th kept getting the same old song and dance about receiving a tracking order. Then was offered an upgrade at no extra cost on April 2nd was told it would be sent this past weekend or first part of the week. Back to the same old song and dance that it is being gotten ready for shipping and I SHOULD receive my tracking number this week. I only gave them one star because I couldn't write a review otherwise. Asked for a refund but I know that will not happen I think a lawyer needs to be brought in so this company can be held accountable for the scam they are pulling and shut down

DO NOTTTT ORDER FROM THESR PEOPLE. The Worse decision I ever made was to order a hearing device from Bossa. It emits a tone in my ear that can only make my hearing worse. So I sent it back and they promised me a better, upgraded, more current device, which never arrived. I’ve requested a refund and they’re giving me the run around.

These devices may be good in a pinch, but I would seek out professional, audiologist , and better quality hearing aids. The fact that they block the ear canal is counterproductive, since you hear everything on the inside. Hearing aids need to do more than just amplify sound. I had my hearing aids for less than a year and one of them is not stopped working.

I ordered Hearing Aids for my father who is dying of cancer and wants to be able to have conversations with loved ones, over a month ago (Feb27th) 5-7 business days you would have a tracking number they said. WELL I DIDN'T AND STILL DON'T! When I send them emails about the issue I get they are on back order but we have a upgraded pair for a little more money!!!! What really you can't send what I paid for even though was never told you didn't have any in stock. Now all they say is back order. How about you take them off the site till you get caught up and make right with all the people feeling scammed. Bad business!!!

Mine took a few days to get used to but I'm rather comfortable with them now. I had considered returning them. Now I am glad I didn't. Very happy!
