“It's a great device especially if you can't afford a pair that's priced one thousand or more. It improves your hearing and allow to be able to hear clearer. The ear tips come with three different sizes. When needing to order more they are packaged with the same three different sizes which is a causing the customer to pay for two sizes that won't be used. This need to be changed so that when order the ear tips a request for one size and one color can be purchase. The white tips are slightly larger than the black tips in the same size.”

“Hearing is good. I ordered 2pairs on 9/6/23, with the pretense of delivery in 7-10 days. It is now 10/123 and still don't have them. Are supposed to arrive tomorrow. These were order when you had buy 1, get 1 1/2 off. Maybe when you run a special you could increase productivity for that special.”
“Boss needs to train there on line support a little better in customer service. Had a company for 18 yrs and if I saw how I was responded to they would be fired. Overall though total support was good even when I exchanged and moved up .”
“The hearing aids are great. Return process is not. Takes too long to get them back. And no communication on your part. I had to be the one to try to see how long I got news the replacements were being sent to me.”

“Received order as promised but cost us $160 Cdn after exchange , Canada Post handling charge and taxes. Have not used enough to comment on performance as yet. I gather your free postage is only while in U.S. which was disappointing.”
“Bought an extra set of TX 5 minis as a back up so that I always have a working set. Having to send back my original pair, they just stopped working. Dissapointed but cust service is handling it for me. I still highly recommend.”
