“Have yet to receive my 2nd order and it's been 2 months. Repeated attempts at emailing them regarding this has gone unanswered. I think I've been 'had'.
Avoid this place! They've either 'gone under' (I did receive 1 order some months ago) or they've decided to accept order with no fulfillment. AVOID.”
“I would give Bossa Hearing a -5 if possible! Don't waste your time, money and effort! Jumping through their hoops (following all the steps), contacting the company repeatedly and even filing a complaint with the BBB still resulted in NO REFUND!”

I ordered my second pair even though I had issues with my previous ones and not getting any customer support to send them back. So I had to order a pair from Amazon which came 2 days later thank God.
I have been wanting since April 19th 2024 on my order. Got one email saying that they were delayed in getting products done due to production issues. Sent over a dozen messages via email and all I got was a generated reply saying they received my email each time. At this point I have requested my money back. Sorry customer service and business ethics etc. You should return everybody's money asap.”

I’ve tried calling, they will not answer their phone. I’ve written a complaint on their website and it went to Better Business Bureau. Still no response. So, folks, please find a reputable company if you need help finding a hearing aid. This company needs to be taken to court for false advertising. They do nothing that they promise

I lost them after about 9months. I ordered a replacement pair in April and even purchased the upgrade this time. But, I have never received the hearing aids. I even made multiple attempts to contact the Company. I was given a reference number and everything.”

“First off they sent me a tracking number then canceled it did not tell me I needed a new tracking number. What was supposed to take 8 - 12 days took over a month to receive. Now that a volume button has quit working there phone is off the hook. Only a busy signal when you call. Online support never answers. Email is never answered. Now we are out $135.65.”
