“I couldn't wear the hearing aides. They kept falling out of my ears, the tips being too big. So, I called to see if I could get smaller tips. No, was my answer. so, I needed to return the hearing aides and asked for a refund. I still am waiting for the refund. Wore the hearing aides for 4 days and decided to return since it didn't work out for me. Sent them back on Nov 29, 2023 and company had receipt of them on Dec 5, 2023. This being Jan 9, 2024 is way more the 15 business days they say needed for processing a return.”
