With the new sizes of the iPad 10.9", 11", and iPad Air 13" we are making adjustments to our Elite cases so that they can better fit these tablets without having any edges showing. “The website is slick and the order process is easy with a great variety of sizes for different tablets and mounting options. We are a repeat customers of at least 4 times. Deliveries are quick. However, 50% of the time there was some type of shipping mistakes in recent order like missing accessories or the wrong accessories , resulting in a lot of inconveniences and time wasted on our business. Customer service is good and responsive in resolving issues, though I wish they had done it right the first time. Also, there is some questionable quality issue regarding the mount's lock. They either don't close properly and needed some serious force to close or match, or that one of the metal pieces got bent with light usage and the mount can't be opened anymore and needed to be shipped back to fix. It's hard to image metals locks to be so fragile. Overall, I would give BossTab another chance because of the variety of sizing offer and customer service, but if a good competitor comes around we might go with that.”
