I have looked into your account and can see your Elite case keys should be keyed alike but you are correct, the case lock will be different from the cable lock. I have passed this feedback on to our product development team. If your Elite cases were sent out as different locks, please let us know as we would love to rectify that for you.

“Product was received as advertised and received quickly. Every question was answered in a friendly, yet professional manner by Ms. Amanda Schroder. I would personally like to thank her for being such an outstanding customer service representative. As for delivery time, since we are a company based in South Korea, we were expecting it to take a week or two, but was surprised to receive it in less than a week. It was stuck at customs in Korea for a day or two until we filled out some forms but, nevertheless we are very satisfied with the product and will keep in close contact with bosstab when the opportunity comes up again. :-)”
