“After 10 days I am still waiting to receive that after paid for fast shipping”

Hello Negin, Apologies for the delays. I had reached out to UPS and it seems that there were delays with all shipments passing through customs to your area in the past few weeks. UPS had informed me that the customs was cleared as of 2/13 but they are missing a suite number which wasn't provided.
