The 10th generation 10.9" iPad didn't fit as expected.

With the new sizes of the iPad 10.9", 11", and iPad Air 13" we are making adjustments to our Elite cases so that they can better fit these tablets without having any edges showing. I have not received it yet, it is in the warehouse in Richmond, B.C., it has been there since June 26th. It is hard to review what I have not received. I hope it arrives soon. Coast Mountain College, Terrace, B.C.

Hello Michele, It seems that this is still in clearance waiting for a broker to be assigned. UPS has attempted to reach out a few times now to get this cleared with you via email and phone. Order was missing keys. Stand has already broken and no on is returning me call to organise repair or replacement or refund.

I like the products but the combination lock for the stand did not come with instructions. This lead to my FM accidentally locking it without knowing the code.

Been two weeks since I purchased and still have not received my item.

Huge apology to Kate for this order. StarTrack attempted delivery 3 days after the purchase date but were unable to deliver as the premises was closed, they then proceeded to lose the parcel. Normally we would of come up with a solution straight away, but we were only notified of the problem when this review was left. Kate was refunded in full for the purchase.
