“Case is quite nice. But paying $300 as a Canadian for the cheapest model… doesn’t feel reasonable. I can’t really hold UPS’ outrageous $94 brokerage fee against Bosstab (that’s on top of shipping), but a lack of transparency on Currency is something Bosstab should rectify if they want to sell to Canadians.”

“The website is slick and the order process is easy with a great variety of sizes for different tablets and mounting options. We are a repeat customers of at least 4 times. Deliveries are quick. However, 50% of the time there was some type of shipping mistakes in recent order like missing accessories or the wrong accessories , resulting in a lot of inconveniences and time wasted on our business. Customer service is good and responsive in resolving issues, though I wish they had done it right the first time. Also, there is some questionable quality issue regarding the mount's lock. They either don't close properly and needed some serious force to close or match, or that one of the metal pieces got bent with light usage and the mount can't be opened anymore and needed to be shipped back to fix. It's hard to image metals locks to be so fragile. Overall, I would give BossTab another chance because of the variety of sizing offer and customer service, but if a good competitor comes around we might go with that.”

“The only fault with this unit is not been able to plug the charge cord in while locked in the unit. Without getting a 90 degree cord. Maybe the unit should come with the charge cable.”

“Product will look great at a tradeshow! But the stand connects to the ipad via COMMAND STRIPS, which feels pretty undependable. Also the instructions on how to put the stand together were not helpful AT ALL”

“Expensive but good quality case with fast delivery. One issue is that you have to go out and find your own screw to lock the rotation of the case. This should be provided.”

“Shipped fast. Very responsive. That's why I left this at 3 stars. The only thing is that BossTab is expecting us to leave our tablets out with only 3M adhesive to connect tablet to mount... Our entire team was dumbfounded when seeing this. And, in their return policy we lost around $40 for restocking fees.”

“The space for the Ipad cord to fit into the Ipad then wrap out of the unit is so tight. My cord is already damaged from being jammed into the case. Kind of seems like a major flaw. It's solid other than that.”

“Hi, the product is great. It's just that I received a 5% discount for my next purchase. However, I bought 4 items! I would have appreciate a discount on my bills. I feel I would have save a lot of money by buying 1, than making a second order for 3 more with 5% discount. Ho yeah, I just opened one item, and there was a scratch. No enough to really bother me (I will not send them back). But considering I pay over 1000$ CAD for the products, I was expecting top quality.”
