What I have a problem with is when I try and use my points for merchandice there is always a problem and it doesn't take the discount off of the price and end up paying the total price and the discount voucher then says it's been used. For two months in a row, I skipped my order and yet was charged and sent my orders. I removed my subscriptions. I even took a screenshot and sent to customer service to let them know it wasn't working. The response was I don't have subscriptions and they would tell the IT guy.”
